Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, or have mobility, cognitive or other disabilities. They are the benchmark generally used to measure website accessibility under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Measures we have taken
- Text and controls meet WCAG AA color contrast requirements.
- The full site can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
- Images have text alternatives, and pages use headings and landmarks that work with screen readers.
- Background videos can be paused, and animations are reduced when your device's “reduce motion” setting is on.
- Form fields are labeled, required fields are identified, and errors are described in text.

Some features are provided by third parties, including financing applications (Cherry and CareCredit), our online shop, maps and social media. We do not control the accessibility of these services, but we will gladly help you complete any task they are used for.
